The Buenos Aires Seed Convention 2024 (BASC 2024) will take place in the city of Mar del Plata, Argentina, from November 7 to 8, 2024, and the technical field visit to rural establishments on the outskirts of Mar del Plata and the city of Balcarce will take place on November 6, prior to the start of the Convention.

The Buenos Aires Seed Convention (BASC) consists of an international business roundtable for the seed industry, whose objective is to provide a favorable environment for participants to explore business opportunities, create synergies, exchange information on the global market and expand their networks of contacts. It is aimed at seed companies, AgTech and providers of various services for the seed industry.
