The first book, coordinated by Dr. Razvan Victor Pantelimon was published in the Romanian language: "Historical-legal elements for understanding the question of the Malvinas Islands".

It was presented in academic institutions in 7 cities in Romania (Bucharest, Constanta, Iasi, Galati, Cluj, Oradea, Timisoara) and one in the Republic of Moldova (Chisinau).
